The Challenge.
CEOs, Board Members and Senior Management Teams are expected to make critical decisions about the impact of AI on their organisations.

We originally built this training to train our own Myreas consultants. We then adapted it for our senior-manager clients and their teams. Today it is open to all organisations.

Why should our management team take this training?
Many management teams realise that AI will have a major impact on their organisation and on the way they work, but they find that impact hard to gauge. What will change? What becomes possible? And where do we start?
That is exactly what this training delivers: it builds an understanding among senior management of what AI makes possible, and lets you experience first-hand how fast, simple and powerful it is.
Who are the trainers? What experience and perspective do they bring?
A team of senior AI consultants from Myreas. They are experienced trainers who work with senior management teams every day, guiding clients, among them various Colruyt Group companies, through their strategic AI transformations. They bring that real-world transformation experience into the room.
Who typically takes part?
A broad range of participants: senior management teams as well as other professionals who lead teams. Our trainings are just as interesting for large organisations as for small businesses. Most participants come from the operational business, but we train IT teams just as well. No technical background is needed.

Who will be in the room?
The training is designed for a single company's (management) team, with 5 to 6 participants. The advantage is that the evening then becomes specific to your industry and your company.
We also set up trainings for groups of individuals from different organisations. The schedule for those sessions is work in progress.
